This CG is triggered when you meet the slave trader in the hotel on the day of the mission. If you have completed the mission, you will not be able to obtain this CG... But don't worry! So I just bought and downloaded the game. I want to ask does this game have any audio? When I started the game and set game settings to english, I noticed there was no game audio at all. I even turned up all the volume settings to 100 and still no sound.
I am using an ASUS Q551L Notebook PC laptop. (I find it strange there is no sound even tho I tried the free demo of this game that I downloaded to my desktop last November and the sound was working) Should I just uninstall and reinstall or do I have to do something else for the sound to work?

No worries, I have tried the new update, but the same issue arise, with the same code and everything. But I did try seeing if it was only an "English" issue, but it cause the same issue on other language option. I wonder if it is a personal computer issue. I somehow keep triggering an error that freezes the game. I've tried working around it, but so far it's unclear what's actually causing it. When it happens, there seems to be an invisible NPC to the right of the massage table; interacting with it makes the game freeze. When the NPC is there, I seem to have more issues getting clients to show up.
Oh my god, this problem still exists! I have done some fixes before and thought it had been resolved. However, I don't think this is a big issue. Please don't talk to that transparent person, it won't affect your experience of the subsequent plot XD

I have expanded the file on desktop and the same result occured, I can show you the steps I take.
1) Open EMP-v1.335-MacOS.zip
2) Let EMP-v1.335-MacOS.zip Expand
3) Open EMP-MacOS Folder
4) Selected & Opened EMP-Go!Ed's Massage Parlor!
5) Selected & Choose First Option
6) On Choose Language Page, Selected English
7) At "Are you sure?" screen, selected yes. Then Error Screen Displays
I've tried locating that specific file but couldn't personally locate it. I would greatly appreciate some advice. :)
